Located wherever you are on the planet, THIS SITE is dedicated to YOU!  We're going to share recipes, tips and tricks to take your home-game to the next level! We're going to give YOU tips, recipes and techniques and and elevate your Home Bistro FOOD EXPERIENCE to the next level!  You are part of the BISTRO! This is our site!  We are going to cook together and share our experiences to make a great sharing cooking experience.

I am passionate about cooking and treating my family and friends with great food. There is nothing like the experience that I receive when I see the smile on their face after your taking the first bite, or the silence of the room for 30 minutes after lunch or dinner has been served.  

Many times I have been asked if I would open a restaurant or write a book to document my experiences as a cook, and I have always declined.  Perhaps one of the reasons is that I worked solo, part-time as a caterer and had dismal results because the people I had to deal with had a different agenda, rather than enjoy my services.

Times have changed.  I do cater again after over 25 years, I sponsor speciality events and I love to cook for my extended family.  My recipe library has grown beyond what I had previously imagined and it has excited me to extend this reach to my friends and family, and I ask that you see my outreach and embrace this first attempt to go public as many f you have asked me to.

This is going to be a slow start.  Many of your favorite recipes will not be listed right-away, but I promise I will post them.  

Also, many of you will see many new things posted, a lot of them inspired by you, and I am glad to share them to the blogsphere!

I will make every effort to share my experiences through my recipes with you and hope you will enjoy them, share them with your family and friends and PLEASE give me feedback on your results for my writing.

More importantly, TELL me what you would like to learn from me, either something I've made for you that you want me to add to the menu, or something you want me to try for you and your family~ 

The pictures on this TEMPLATE blog will change along with the content..

My mother told me on the porch, as I went away to boot-camp:

"You'll not make Admiral overnight."  I don't plan to achieve the same with this site.
